The power behind the punch
It runs on 400V and pulls 2500W. That’s a lot of heat packed into a small footprint. The 300mm tube keeps the heat focused, so you’re warming the exact spot you want—not the whole workbench. It’s perfect for desktop setups, but here’s the thing: that kind of power means your wiring and cooling have to be ready for it.
What it’s made of, and why it matters
We use a quartz tube with a halogen fill, so the filament stays steady even when you’re cycling the heat on and off again and again. The shortwave output responds instantly—on is on, off is off. That makes temperature control a lot easier. The R7s connector is a simple two-pin setup, so wiring is straightforward and swapping the lamp out is quick when it’s time. The coating helps keep the output consistent and gives the tube extra protection against the environment.
Where it shines
This heater is for industrial desktop work—tight spaces where heat has to arrive on demand. You get a quick ramp-up, predictable output, and integration that doesn’t feel like a headache. Just keep in mind: it’s concentrated heat. Make sure you’ve got proper shielding and ventilation. If the surrounding chassis isn’t built for it, that 2500W can warm up nearby components fast.
